ANNONS

The first Juniors European Championship already has its finalists. This Saturday, Spain will face Sweden in the women's final, while in the men's category the title will be disputed between Portugal and Spain.

Valencia already knows the finalists of the first ever Juniors European Championship. The national teams of Spain and Sweden in the women's category, and Portugal and Spain in the men's category, will face each other this Saturday to win the champions' title.

Women's final

Spain, clear favourites to win the title, reached the final after sweeping through the semi-finals with a 3-0 win over Italy. Sweden, on the other hand, had the hard task of facing France, whom they had already beaten on the group stage. The Swedish girls managed to win the U14 and U16 matches before losing in the U18 category, taking the final score 2-1.

The final will start at 10:00h (Local) and will be broadcast on the FIP YouTube channel.

Men's Final

The boys of the local team showed all their power against the Belgian team in the semi-finals, with the final score being 3-0 in favour of Spain. The other semi-final was disputed between Portugal and Italy, who, after going 1-1 on the overall scoreboard, defined their pass to the final in the U18 category match. There, the Portuguese boys managed to win after being a set down, turning the score around and winning the final point, which gave Portugal the ticket to the final.

The men's final will be played from 16:30 on centre court at the SportCity club in Valencia, and will be broadcast on the FIP YouTube channel.
