Rubio and Ruiz crowned at FIP Gold in San Marino

The Spanish pair of Gonzalo Rubio and Victor Ruiz were crowned champions in the last FIP Gold tournament, held in San Marino. In the final they beat Ivan Ramirez and Raul Marcos by 7/5 1/6 6/2.

Victor Ruiz and Zalo Rubio managed to win the FIP Gold Tournament, held last weekend in San Marino. The pair, who started as top seeds, imposed themselves in the final against the second pair of the tournament, Ramírez and Marcos, after a tough three-set match.

The FIP Gold tour tournament, the second highest ranked tournament on the FIP tour - only behind the FIP Platinum - shared 14,000 euros in price money and awarded 100 FIP points to the winners.
