BREAKING: Tello and Chingotto also bid farewell — Paquito can switch position
The longest-lived couple in padel nowadays, Federico Chingotto and Juan Tello, have decided to put an end to their sporting project, after eight seasons together. According to the sports newspaper Ole, the Buenos Aires Master will be their farewell tournament.
After the announcement of the separation of Navarro and Di Nenno yesterday, a new bombshell has arrived. Argentinians Fede Chingotto and Juan Tello decided to separate, after having started playing together back in 2015.
The "Cat" and the "Mouse", had a 2022 season in which they have alternated good and bad moments. The pairing reached the final of the Premier Padel Paris Major at Roland Garros, where they lost to the number ones in a match to remember. But the irregularity that they showed in the WPT circuit has led them to fall from fourth to seventh place in the ranking this year.
The couple would finish the season at the Buenos Aires Masters, a tournament after which they would decide to separate.
According to the information, Paquito Navarro would play two tournaments with Yanguas, and then move to the drive and start a project with Tello, with whom he would play the 2023 season.
