BREAKING NEWS: Paquito and Di Nenno go their separate ways

According to the Argentinean newspaper Ole, the number three couple of the WPT circuit, Paquito Navarro and Martin Di Nenno, decide to separate their ways once the Santander Open is over. The couple spent almost two years together comes to an end after a very irregular season.

World number three pairing Paquito Navarro and Martin Di Nenno are set to end their joint sports project, according to Ole.

The pair, who in 2021 reached the number two ranking - even fighting until the end for the number one spot - could not repeat their good results this year, alternating between good and bad and failing to achieve consistency, which led them to fall in the ranking to the third position. 

In fact, Di Nenno and Navarro could only win two titles (WPT Vigo Open and Premier Padel Qatar Major) in 20 tournaments played this year, and in the last twelve tournaments, they could only reach one final.

The Argentine and the Spaniard will play together for the last time at the Santander Open, to be held this week, and from the tournament in Menorca they will be playing together for the first time, although there are still no indications as to who they will be.
