Tonight Fernando Belasteguin plays his 282nd final. He can win his 229th title tonight when he and Arturo Coello take on Franco Stupaczuk and Pablo Lima in the final of the Amsterdam Open.
—  I think it will be a long and very hard match, says Bela to Padel Alto.

Bela and Arturo Coello show magical form after winning the title last Sunday in Madrid. They took down Momo Gonzalez and Alex Ruiz in the Amsterdam Open in three sets and are through to their second straight final.

Despite completely different conditions from Madrid.

— The court is much slower than in Madrid, and we couldn't take advantage of Arturo's smash, so there are longer points. I prefer the faster courts, where Arturo can win many points with the smash, and I can do the job I did all my life, says Fernando Belasteguin to Padel Alto before the final.

How was the feeling in the semi-final?

— The match was very good; we played very well in some passages. Although they improved their game a lot in the second set with a very clear tactic, which they managed to maintain throughout the set. The third set could have gone either way. At 3-3, we were 15-40 with Arturo's serve, and I think that golden point hurt them, and then we were able to break Alex's serve to close the match with my serve.

Tight game schedule and many long matches. Your second final in a row. How does your form feel?

— Physically, I am very well. When I finished the Premier of Mendoza, I took three days of vacation, and then I did 15 days of very hard work because I knew that from September to December, with the number of tournaments, I would not be able to train, so I'm very well.

What kind of game do we get in the final?

— I think it will be a long and very hard match, the court is very slow, and they defend very well, but we will try to make them play at our rhythm.

The final will follow the women's final, which starts at 16.00.
