Historical attendance at the Madrid Master — this many visited the tournament

The World Padel Tour Madrid Master, held last week at the Caja Magica, registered record attendance numbers. More than 30,000 people watched the weekly matches, while the semifinals were the most attended day in the stands.
The Madrid crowd once again showed their love for padel. Over 30,000 people filled the stands of La Caja Magica to watch the WPT Master in the week from the 20th to the 25th of September.
Saturday was recorded as the biggest day of attendance, when more than 8500 people enjoyed over eight hours of live padel, with the tournament's semi-finals.
Records of the year
The year of 2022 will be the year of padel attendance records, with (at least) three tournaments with more than 30,000 spectators.
- Premier Padel Mendoza P1 (Argentina): 55000 spectators (11500 in one day)
- World Padel Tour Madrid Master (Spain): 30000 spectators (8500 in one day)
- Premier Padel Italy Major (Italy): 30000 spectators (6700 in one day)
