New padel brand launched collection in Madrid — that's how many rackets it aims to sell in 2023

The Swedish company Oxdog is investing heavily in padel. On Thursday, both the new collection and its players and coaches were presented during a press conference in central Madrid. 

Yesterday, the Swedish company formerly known as floorball launched its new collection for padel in Madrid. The company's CEO Joacim Bergström, the Spanish manager Dionisi Ugalde and the brand's big name, the former world player and Spanish national team captain Ramiro Choya held the presentation.

— We plan to sell 18,000 rackets in 2023, Choya said during the launch.

Spaniard José Gaspar, who lives and trains and plays competitions in Sweden, was also introduced as the brand's sponsored player. The number two in Belgium was also presented, the talented Maxime Deloyer, who started his bet on padel last season. 

In addition to its launch in Spain, the brand will invest in other international markets, such as Australia and the United States.
