APT Padel Tour announces new tournament venues

ANNONS

The APT calendar undergoes changes in the venues of its tournaments for the second part of the season. The Córdoba Open (Argentina) will be replaced by the La Rioja Open, while Italy will host the Torino Open.

Action on the APT Padel Tour returns after a break of just over a month, but the tour schedule for the year's second half has suffered some changes.

Spain will host the first event of the second half of the year, the Tenerife Open, a men's tournament to be held from 24 to 31 July. Then it will be the turn of Sweden, which will host the Bastad Open.

The first change to the calendar comes with the return of the circuit to South America. Cordoba Open (Argentina), which was due to be held from 4 to 11 September, has been canceled, according to the tour's announcement. The tournament will be moved to the Province of La Rioja, in the north of Argentina, on the same dates scheduled for Cordoba. The following week, from 11 to 18 September, the first Grand Master of the season will be held in Mar del Plata (Argentina).

The action will then return to Europe with the Madrid Grand Master before moving on to Italy, where the city of Torino will host a tournament of the Open category in the week of 9-16 October.

The 2022 season will conclude with two tournaments in Mexico (including the Grand Final Master on 23-30 October in Mexico City), an Open in America (6-13 November), and the Final Master on 5-11 December.
