Spectacular players join forces: "Finally, the moment came"

Argentine star Leonel Tolito Aguirre and experienced player "Tito" Allemandi will join forces to face the rest of the APT season.

Former WPT player Adrian "Tito" Allemandi and Argentine star Leonel "Tolito" Aguirre have announced that from now on, they are going to be a couple to take on the rest of the APT Padel Tour calendar.

Both players started the season changing couple several times, looking for consistency in the results. Tolito comes from playing with Alex Chozas - with whom he only competed for three tournaments - reaching the semifinals as the best result in the APT Master tournament in Seville, where Allemandi eliminated them. In the final, Allemandi and Facundo Dominguez lost to number one seeds Arce and Dal Bianco.

"After many months imagining playing together, talking about how we would do it and how excited we were to do it! Finally, the moment came. I´m very happy that we will play together!" Tolito Aguirre wrote on his social networks.

The newly formed couple will make their tour debut at the upcoming APT Open de Oeiras tournament in Portugal from the 6th to the 12th of June, ranked 8th in the seedings.
