APT Sevilla Master – Quarter-final matchday
The last sixteen of the Seville Masters ended on Thursday, and we already know the couples that made it through to Friday's quarter finals.
In the men's draw, local pairings Javi Perez and Jose Luis Gonzalez - winners of the Seville Future 1000 - continue at a steady pace in the competition. On Thursday, they booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Sevilla Master after eliminating the number four ranked couple, Melgratti/Julianoti, in the tiebreak of the last set. While the number 3 couple, Pablo Barrera/Andres Britos, were eliminated in two sets by Portuguese pairings Miguel and Nuno Deus.
The women's main draw began yesterday, and all the favourite couples got their tickets for Friday match-day.
It is worth remembering that all the matches played on centre court (men's draw) will be broadcast on the APT circuit's YouTube channel.
