The men's final of the Brussels Open 2022 saw the world number ones, Juan Lebron and Alejandro Galan, take on the new pair of Franco Stupaczuk and Pablo Lima. Showing a superior level from beginning to end, Galan and Lebron took the match in two sets by a double 6-3.

In a match in which they dominated from start to finish, the world number ones have crowned champions for the second time this season, after defeating the new couple, Franco Stupaczuk and Pablo Lima, in the final in two sets.

Lebron and Galan, came out to play the match very concentrated in attack, making few mistakes, and managed to beat their rivals in two sets, 6-3 6-3.

Argentine player Franco Stupaczuk had many problems with his racquets - the safety string broke on several occasions, forcing the match to be stopped at the end of the first set, and again in the middle of the second set - which meant they lost important points.

— We are super competitive; at the beginning of the year we would have liked to have done better, but we are happy with how we have come back this season, and for the level, we are showing. We just want to think about what's next, keep working, and enjoy these tournaments that are incredible, said Alejandro Galán after the victory.

It was the second title in five consecutive finals played for Juan Lebron and Alejandro Galan -four in the World Padel Tour circuit, plus the first tournament of the premier padel circuit- proving that they are the best couple of the moment.
