APT Padel Tour – Buenos Aires Master 2022 begins

The APT Padel Tour is celebrating its second tournament of the season, the APT Master Buenos Aires 2022.

The River Plate micro stadium, in the Argentine capital, will host during the whole week the first Master of the season of the APT circuit.

On Monday 28th, the qualifying rounds finished and the four couples that will complete the main draw were revealed: 

- Reiter-Gonzalez, who beat Cesca and Genoud, 6/3 6/1. 

- Augsburger-De Pascual, who beat Marcos Andrada and Juan Andrada in the tie break of the third set 6/3 1/6 7/6.

- Calleja-Valenzuela, who beat Denis Caluva-Emanuel Mandrile 6/2 7/6

- Sassano-Peiron beat Leite and Cuello by 3/6 7/5 6/4.

The round of 32 will begin this Tuesday at 12:30 pm (Local), with the match between the winners of the Buenos Aires Future, Mambrini-Lopez, and the Portuguese couple Miguel and Nuno Deus.

It is worth noting the match between Lucas Da Cunha and Pedro Flores -seventh seeds- vs Egea and Ozan at 18:30hs (Local). Also making their debut on Tuesday will be Torre and Aguirre, eighth seeded couple, who will face Andenmatten and Gaitan from 17:00h (Local).

The round of sixteen will be completed on Wednesday.
