Germany's number one pair signs for the Spanish brand: ”Supported us a lot”

Johannes Lindmeyer and Matthias Wunner are the top-ranked pair in Germany. They are now signing up for Team Siux as part of the brand's international venture. 

The Spanish brand Siux continues to expand its sponsorship to other markets. Padel Alto reported that the brand had signed top Belgian player Clément Geens a few weeks ago. 

Now Germany's best couple, Johannes Lindmeyer and Matthias Wunner, choose to join Team Siux. 

”We had heard about the good quality of their rackets and products, which we had already tested ourselves. In addition, Siux liked our project, which just started at the beginning of 2022 and has supported us a lot in our first steps in the professional circuit”, the players says in a press release. 

Matthias Wunner was a professional tennis player and started playing padel as late as 2019. He has managed to become Germany's best padel player in two years. 

Johannes Lindmeyer was a semi-professional tennis player and started playing padel in 2018. Both participated in this summer's European Championships for the German national team. 

Their goals for the future are clear.  

”To win every tournament in Germany, become German champions again and establish us on the international scene with FIP, WPT, and APT.”
