Diego Ramos will play in the APT in 2022 – this means he will leave the World Padel Tour.

Diego Ramos, current number 75 in the World Padel Tour ranking, has decided to change circuit. This season, he will begin to play on the APT Padel Tour, directed by the Monegasque businessman Fabrice Pastor.

Thus, the Uruguayan joins the list of WPT players who have decided to change circuits, together with Adrián 'Tito' Allemandi, Cristian Gutiérrez, Miguel Oliveira, Willy Lahoz or Fede Quiles to name a few.

Ramos, 36, will play with the Italy-Argentine player Juan Restivo, with whom he had already shared the court in 2019, when they both competed on the WPT circuit.

The pair have announced it through their social networks

“A new challenge for this 2022! With great desire and enthusiasm, I will begin to be part of the APT Padel Tour. Very happy to do it together with Juan Restivo, with whom I have already shared the track, and we will do everything possible to make this a great year”, Diego Ramos writes.

"I introduce you my partner for the APT Padel Tour circuit this season!!! I had the privilege of playing with Diego and we will unite again in 2022. Let's go Dieguito, let’s give it ALL”, writes Juan Restivo.
