Di Nenno won at home in Argentina: ”Happy to do this in front of my family”

ANNONS
BUENOS AIRES. The Buenos Aires Padel Masters is over for this time. The winners were Martin Di Nenno from Argentina and Paquito Navarro from Spain. They took revenge from the last final in Sweden and won against Agustin Tapia and Sanyo Gutierrez in two straight sets.

— Honestly, no. It's very emotional right now. The last time I was here, I went out in qualifying. I'm so happy to do this in front of my family and everyone else who's made it here, Argentinian Martin Di Nenno said to the home crowd after the final.

The match ended 6-4, 6-2 after Agustin Tapia suffered a shoulder problem in the first set. After the final, the arena was boiling, singing "Olé, olé, olé. Olé, olé, olé, olá" and Martin Di Nenno ran up to his family in the stands to celebrate.

The final was the team's incredible seventh in a row. The next tournament will be played in Mexico, starting next week. After that, it's time for the end of the season in Madrid.
