Lebron and Galan wins Santander Open – second title this season

Ahead of the semi-finals, many expected a dream final between Juan Lebron/Alejandro Galan and Fernando Belasteguin/Sanyo Gutierrez for the first time this season. 

Instead, Fernando Belasteguin was injured in the semi-final, and Javi Rico/Jeronmino Gonzalez advanced to the final. 

Once there, it was an easy win for the world's best pair, 6-3, 6-2. 

Javi Rico and Gonzalez put in a brilliant effort through the tournament and made it to their first World Padel Tour final, but Lebron and Galan were too tough.

It means the second title for this season. As many as Fernando Belasteguin and Sanyo Gutierrez. 

And the audience will have to wait until the giants meet in a World Padel Tour final.
